Register for NO&F’s Graduate Student Research Symposium

The Graduate Student Research Symposium will be held in-person on Tuesday, October 19th, 2021 from 12:00pm – 2:00pm in Burke Science Building, Room B135. The event will adhere to McMaster’s COVID-19 protocols.

Registration
McMaster graduate students who conduct nuclear research are eligible to register for the competition. Participants will give an 8-15 minute research presentation in front of a small in-person and virtual audience.
Participants may use visual aids, including presentation slides, during their presentation. Participants should aim to discuss their research in terms that are accessible to a general audience, so that those without a background in science may understand the key concepts/findings of their research.
All participants will receive a $50 gift card!
To register, please fill out this form. The deadline to register for the competition is Wednesday October 13th, 2021. We are looking forward to hearing about the amazing research you are doing at Mac!
Viewing the Event
McMaster staff, students, and faculty are welcome to view the event in-person. If you would like to view the event in-person, please fill out the above form and note that you are attending the event as an audience member.
