Nuclear Energy and Radioisotope Development (NERD) Camp is back at McMaster in Summer 2026! We are now accepting expressions of interest (EOIs) for the August 2026 session.
NERD Camp is available to Indigenous youth in Ontario between grades 9-12 (including those who are graduating in the 2025-2026 academic year).
We will follow up directly with those who have submitted EOIs.
The fourth annual Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Workshop for Indigenous Girls+ is coming to McMaster University! This fully-funded experience will welcome Indigenous girls, trans and gender non-conforming youth in grades 9-12 to McMaster campus for immersive, engaging learning in a variety of STEM topics.
McMaster offers bespoke, single-day programming for high school students. Pulling from a rotation of nuclear and STEM hands-on activities, this format offers a more bite-sized option for exploring nuclear topics.
